Hi, my concern is with the PBMR that has recently closed. It was responsible for building a Nuclear Reactor in Pelindaba but something went wrong and the Engineering skills that is both scarce and critical had to be retrenched. What do we have to do to avoid such a crises to happen in future. The job market needs Engineers but where do we list these skills, do we have a data base where different employers can access the candidates?
